The Oil Cleansing Method

The best and fastest way to get results with the oil cleaning method is to apply your chosen oils, or blend of oils and then vigorously massage your skin on a daily basis. (It is probably best to do this deep cleansing at night before bed. Then in the morning, skip the vigorous massaging and do a light maintenance wash with a few drops of oil (or Castille soap) as described earlier on.) Once your skin starts healing, you can reduce the amount of times per week that you need to do the vigourous rubbing. But in the beginning I did it almost every night.

Begin by pouring a generous amount of your oil blend into your palm. Next, slather the oil all over your face. Then, using slow, firm motions start vigorously massaging your skin. And by saying vigorous massaging, I mean using the tips of your fingertips to repeatedly, over and over, in a circular motion, go over the areas of your face with quite a strong motion. The oil will begin working into your pores to dissolve blackheads, white heads and hard nodules.

This vigorous massaging forces a clear, new skin to emerge. (Obviously don't tug and pull at your skin and be careful around the eyes.) While you are vigorously massaging, breathe deeply and keep your mind pleasant with positive thoughts. This was easy for me because I just intuitively knew this was working for me. So I felt amazed and excited and pleased about the whole process. I knew I was that much closer to my beautiful new face. Picture what your beautiful new face and imagine what it would look like if it were completely clear and healthy. Focus on that image and trust, believe and know that it is attainable. Allow it to come to fruition. Focus on your perfect, beautiful skin and breathe deeply.

Continue each night with the vigorous massaging ritual until your skin clears and you reach maintenance level.

Once you reach maintenance level you can massage your face gently, using the oil sparingly. But in the initial phases, vigorous massage is what you want and has been beneficial for the many who have tried it.

You will see clearly noticeable results in a matter of weeks and with even more improvement over time, depending on how vigorously you have been able to make it.

This treatment completely rid me of acne, pronounced scars and discolorations as well as permanently cured my many other skin imperfections. If you persevere with this method you will eventually get a totally flawless skin. It will also allow a radiant, glowing skin to come into being that had been waiting all along to emerge. This process also tightens and rejuvenates the entire face, rejuvenating a youthful appearance.

I did the "vigorous massaging" only in my initial phase of my OCM program and I started with solely extra virgin olive oil and then moved to castor oil, neither of which are costly.

In fact, in comparison to what you probably were spending on your skin care routine, treatments and experiments, OCM will save you A LOT of money. AND YOU WILL HAVE BEAUTIFUL, GLOWING SKIN. People will begin COMPLIMENTING you on your appearance.

After vigorous massaging, steam your face with a wash cloth. Do not forget this step. You want to remove all the dirt and clog poring residue left on your face or you will just end up with clogged pores. Which is not what we're going for here.

Soak your washcloth in steamy, warm water. Not too hot, but just enough so that it will open your pores and remove the oil. If the water is too cool it will not do either of these two things efficiently. If it is too hot, it will scald you. Think steamy, like a luxurious facial.

Allow the washcloth to cover your face and keep it there until it cools. Allow your pores to release the impurities. Once the washcloth has cooled, wipe the oil gently away and rinse the washcloth well in hot, running water. When steamy, hold the washcloth to your face again, again allowing it to cool. Again wipe the oil gently away. Rinse the cloth well. Repeat two or three more times.

Do not scrub with the wash cloth. We have already vigorously massaged and that helped to exfoliate the skin. Just steam and dream, baby.

The steamy washcloth should have removed most all of the oil. Also, if using Castor Oil, even though it is an oil, it helps greatly to remove the other oils. The castor oil is then easily removed by the warm water.

Pat your face dry. Your skin should now glow and feel renewed.

Great blog. Your story is really inspiring. I myself have always had great skin without using any product. I had a stressful & depressing experience in the summer and from that point my skin transformed 180 degrees.

I'm currently using the OCM method with virgin olive oil. I really love the skin texture that it leaves after massaging. I've also had great results using urine topically on my forehead (I had a serious inflammation/acne) but it seems to have worked superbly in just over a week.

I'm wondering if the vigorous rubbing fades these dark dots that most people have (on their arms as well). I have just a couple of them (barely visible)so if you could get back to me it would be great.

Once again thank you for sharing your beautiful experience, I'll make sure to update you in a few weeks or less about my progress in proclaiming my baby skin :)

Best wishes

I feel so happy that you have found something that works for you. We are all born so beautiful, it is a blessing to be able to really FEEL beautiful.

This will sound odd, but what also worked for me was vitamin D via sunlight. My whole adult life I had avoided the sun, ESPECIALLY on my face.

But ten minutes a day, about three days a week, between the hours of 11am and 2pm really did wonders for my skin.

Not everything works for everybody, but I feel I was really sunlight deficient. I don't know that I will continue this but I do feel it made a nice difference in my skin. If you are one who already spends a lot of time in the sun OR if you have an INSTINCT this is not for you, then DON'T do it. INSTINCTS are a wonderful thing.

I am certain any dark spots you have will fade, just focus on how BEAUTIFUL you are. Tell yourself everytime you see your reflection how BEAUTIFUL you are. (Or HANDSOME, if you are a man and that feels better for you.) You will see, how your reflection will align with your new beliefs. :) I would feel happy to know your progress.

Thank you for your quick reply. It's too bad winter just started so sun exposure will be scant, however my skin isn't normally affected towards overexposure or lack of it.

It's wonderful to hear your words about self-worthiness because indeed we are all born beautiful and we're supposed to live our lives that way. I'm almost 18 years old but I have already went through lots of LOA material from Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Ralph Emerson, Napoleon Hill, Charles Haanel and so on. So I definitely know what you're talking and I'll be updating you on my progress soon :)

Heeeeeey it's me again. I haven't forgotten about you :)

So I was using the OCM method for over 2 weeks, my skin texture was amazingly soft and smooth but at one point I noticed that overall the acne was not clearing up so I said you know what? I'm not going to fight it anymore!

I covered my bathroom mirror and stopped using anything, I would just wash my face with water in the morning and take a hot shower everyday. I stopped thinking their was something "wrong" with my skin and I actually forgot all about my "acne" and that it ever existed.

And now after less than a week I looked in the mirror for the first time and my skin is SO MUCH better. It's clearing up on its own now that there is absolutely no resistance. I'm doing "cell talks" for fun where I sit quietly and speak to my beautiful cells.

The truth is there was a point where I was resisting well-being and that's why I got that "problem". And now that I remembered that my cells are consciousness and are absolutely capable of readjusting their selves without interruption they will all gladly do so.

I'm so happy because this experience has been empowering to me as it reminded me of the well-being in everything as well as my own worthiness and power.

Looking forward to hearing from you xoxo

That is FANTASTIC!!!!! Yes, the root of it would be some sort of resistance. I feel very happy you have turned things around for yourself. And how lucky for you and me that it was "only" acne that we got to experiment with and learn our true power. You are beautiful. :)

My skin routine has also changed since I first wrote this blog and involves far less fuss. But I believe the OCM is useful as a first phase for people to step out of the obesession and also to stop using the damaging products on the shelf that often just lock them into a cycle.

I am glad you checked back in. Your comments will be useful for others.

Hi,

Well even I am very inspired by your take on healthy skin and beauty. Thanks for that:) I would like to know if the OCM therapy works effectively in getting rid of freckles. I am 25 with a wheatish complexion and have brown spots (freckles) on my cheeks. Few have been there for years now and I am developing new ones too:( .. Nothing I do or use is helping me. I am really worried. Please help!!!

Thanks!

Tina,

Freckles are "genetic," so most people would tell you that there is no topical ointment or solution that will rid a person of them.

Having said that, I would like to express that I truly believe anything is possible. For example, people who once had straight hair their entire lives, suddenly find themselves with curly hair. Scientists are experimenting with cell and bone regeneration. Lasers have changed people's lives. People experience "miracles" with their bodies and in their lives everyday.

But now having said that, I believe, for me, the best thing I did for myself was learning to love what is right NOW. I would focus on how beautiful you are. How fortunate you are in so many areas of your life. And if appreciation is one's main focus, I believe a person can do, have or be anything one desires.

xoxo

You are so beautiful.
