One can't just move for beauty from the outside in.
Beauty also comes from being healthy. Spritually, mentally, physically healthy.
Eat well, exercise, get the proper nutrients. Create a life for yourself that you enjoy. Surround yourself with people you love and who love you. And get in touch with your deep, profound, true worthiness.
Any physical manifestation has an underlying energy imbalance that came first. So before the skin disorder, there was a chronic thought pattern and emotional set-point(resentment? fear? complaining? powerlessness?) that was out of whack from perfect balance.
A way to get in touch with this is to take any chronic "problem" or troubling chronic situation in your life and ask yourself--- what does the manifestation / situation / "problem" FEEL like? When you think on your skin problem...what does it FEEL like? Can you label it? Do you feel unworthy? Ugly? Hopeless? Powerless?
Whatever it is, those feelings were in place BEFORE the skin disorder manifested. And that is what you want to work on. Easing those thoughts and feelings and finding relief from them. Finding new persepectives and ways of being that baby-step by baby-step turn those thoughts around.
For me, studying the law of attraction worked well.
Good luck. I hope this information has been helpful.
If you have had success with OCM, I would love for you to please comment and let people know. Or if you need clarification or have any questions about the oil cleaning method, please ask your question in the comments and I will respond.
Since this has been life changing for me, I feel passionate about sharing and passing the information along.

I have tried this before and I gave up because my skin felt waaaaaayyy too oily all the time.
Yes, the first couple of days your skin may be adjusting and producing more oil than you are used to. This will rebalance rather quickly.
Or if your face is too oily because of the residual oil from the OCM that can be adusted. I suggest only deep cleaning (with the vigorous massaging) in the evening before bed. In the morning just use the tiniest two drops of oil mixed with water used gently on your t-zone and face. Pat dry. Your face should not be oily.
Experiment with different oils and perhaps use a lighter oil.
Also, you can wash with honey in the beginning phase. Wash with honey and Then do the OCM. But again, I suggest only in the evening.
