Let's Begin - Intro to The Oil Cleansing Method (OCM)

Do you want dewy, supple, healthy, glowing skin like you see on the models in the magazines? Have you tried product after product, each time hoping that the advertiser's claims would come true? Advertisements placed in the same said magazines, promising you healthy skin by "ridding you of unwanted oils."

So you "deep clean" with harsh (and often expensive) chemicals, stripping the alleged "unwanted" oils from your skin. Next, you are told you need to "replenish and moisturize." Which is true, as your skin is now unbalanced and dried out. Do this routine enough times (or is you are like how I was, you will OVERDO this routine) until your skin is so unbalanced it just wigs out and tada, you have now created worsened skin problems than you even began with.

Does this sound familiar? Are you caught in the cycle created by the mulit-billion dollar beauty industry?

Do you want out?

Do you, once and for all, want dewy, supple, healthy, glowing skin like most humans are BORN with? Are you ready to allow your beauty to emerge?

And that last question is a crucial one. I, being one of the extraordinary ones, lived with acne for over twenty years. And this condition was two-fold for me. First, I was hyper-focussed on my acne (and my appearance) in a negative way. Secondly, I used this negative focus as a means of expressing my self-hatred. I believe my acne was started with self-hatred and then my self-hatred continued (and was exacerbated and worsened) by my acne. And then my acne was exacerbated and worsened by my further plummeting self-esteem...etc.

I know I wanted out of that cycle, but I didn't know how to get out. If I stopped using products my face worsened. At least it seemed like the products was keeping everything at bay. Or so I thought. When in reality, my skin was actually getting worse. But I was hopeless and didn't know what to do.

Now I'm not saying or implying that all skin problems arise from self-hatred. But I can say with assurance that they are caused by an Imbalance.

And I do need to mention the possibility that if a person has not or can not resolve their energetic imbalance within (and/or feelings of unworthiness) the oil cleansing method may not work for them. But it may. But if it doesn't they will probably jump back into the "cycle" of using harsh synthetic chemicals on their precious, delicate skin. And I really don't want that.

I am asking that people give the oil cleansing method (OCM) a fair chance. Play around with it, just like you did with all the other methods you were willing to spend your money, time and energy on. All the hours reading articles, scouring the internet, asking friends, perusing the aisles of the drug store and beauty supply stores. All the expensive facials, prescription drugs, dermatology appointments and possibly even surgery. None of that worked and yet you didn't give up on trying them.

So give OCM a chance. Give it as a big of a chance as you gave all the harmful alternatives.

You may not get just the right formula for you right off the bat. (Or you may. I was pretty lazy with it and it still came to me pretty intuitively just by FEELING how my skin was responding.) But give it a chance. And hopefully people will offer feedback in the comments as to what worked for them by using different oils for different skin types.

Let's find a natural solution that will allow for your healthy skin to emerge, once and for all, where FINALLY, you can live in JOY for who you are and REVEL in your own unique beauty.

I believe all my skin problems arise from self-hatred though you say you are not implying that.
